IMPORTANT Changes to our Website Ordering:
Purchase options by country will be updated due to the recent changes in shipping & duty policies with the United States. Since the tariffs applied to Canada are at 35% as of August 29th, it will no longer be feasible to ship to the US as the customs/duties to US Customers will be too high. So, Blu-rays for our friends in the USA will now be manufactured through a US replicator for NEW Releases & Erotic titles, while the rest of Darkside’s “Classic” titles will be re-directed to our US Wholesaler’s retail site MovieZyng.com. During this transition, you may find that a title is ‘temporarily unavailable’ but we are working to get everything re-activated as soon as possible.
What this means for you… Canadian and UK/EU customers:
- New Release & Erotic Blu-rays will still be made in-house here in Canada, and will have our Limited-Edition Slipcovers when available.
- “Classic” titles will be re-directed to our US Wholesaler’s site (you will be redirected there automatically). – Please note you will be ordering directly through them, so any questions regarding these “Classic” titles should be communicated to them directly. This is a US site, so these Blu-rays will be in US dollars and will be shipping from the United States.
- Additionally, their Shipping FAQ’s page has some good international shipping rates; and we encourage you to read as it has information that will be important regarding payments.
US Customers:
- New Release & Erotic Blu-rays will ship through our US replicator. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer our Limited-Edition Slipcovers or the double disc Special Editions to our US customers.

We are really sorry that this has happened, as we know we have some very loyal fans. We are just a little overwhelmed at the moment trying to make sure that everyone gets access to the titles they are interested in.
